Don't Drink Tonight
Don't Drink Tonight
A Live, Interactive Conversation
Rather Than Drink Tonight is a 2-hour, online, interactive experience for anyone curious about their relationship with alcohol. In a culture that often normalizes—and even glorifies—drinking, this live session offers a chance to pause, reflect, and connect with others.
Led by educator and recovery advocate Dr. Mike Baldassarre, this conversation-driven course explores how alcohol shows up in media, culture, the body, and our decision-making. With real stories, open dialogue, and zero judgment, you’ll engage in honest discussion—not just listen passively.
You won’t be alone. You’ll be part of a small group of people also thinking, questioning, and exploring. Whether you’re rethinking your drinking, supporting someone else, or simply open to learning, this space meets you exactly where you are.
No labels. No pressure. Just real talk—with real people.
